Consent to the processing and storage of personal data for candidates (m/f/d) (Our services according to the website such as personnel consulting, personnel development, personnel marketing, applicant service, company service, personnel and management consulting, personal coaching / psychological coaching / business coaching, training, EFT coaching, coaching, further education, seminars, trainings, networking, training, etc.)

If you provide information to us, we may contact you using the contact details you may provide in order to clarify any questions that have arisen on our site or to obtain additional information from you or to inform you about our provision of services in accordance with the website (home page).

3. Duration of data storage:

As a matter of principle, we only store the data provided by you as part of an application in accordance with the legal requirements of the GDPR, or for an unlimited period of time after you have given your written consent. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.


4. Disclosure to third parties:

No further transmission to third parties will take place. Exceptions to this apply to disclosure to service providers commissioned by us who have been obliged to maintain confidentiality or with whom a contract for order processing exists in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The information disclosed will be limited to the information necessary for this purpose. We will not disclose the entirety of your candidate information or otherwise introduce you in detail to a client without first obtaining your consent. Clients to whom we may disclose extracts of your Candidate Information may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for which the European Union has not determined that they have an adequate level of protection for personal data, i.e. a level of protection of fundamental rights and freedoms that is substantially equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union. Similarly, jurisdictions outside the European Union may find that those countries do not have an adequate level of protection with regard to the countries to which your Candidate Information (m/f/d) or parts thereof are transferred in accordance with the foregoing.


By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly and unequivocally agree that your Candidate Information (m/f/d) or parts thereof, as described above, may be disclosed to recipients in countries or otherwise transferred to recipients in countries that are different from the applicable standards in the jurisdiction in which you reside or work or from which you contact us.  You may have a different, less, or even inadequate level of protection for your personal information, and you expressly and unequivocally waive the protection in accordance with these standards for the information disclosed or transmitted in this way.

As part of the Candidate Search (m/f/d), your Candidate Information may be processed for the following purposes:


- Conducting searches for potential candidates (m/f/d) on behalf of clients who have a vacancy in a managerial/specialist or similar management position or specialist position m/f/d (technical/commercial)

- Assessment of your suitability (m/f/d) for vacancies with clients

In addition, your candidate information (m/f/d) may be processed for the following purposes:

- Researching information with a focus on your professional life that is publicly available via social media services (e.g. Xing, Google, LinkedIn, Stepstone, Experteer, etc.) or on the Internet, or that results from the data previously disclosed to us by you, insofar as this information could be relevant to your qualification for a specific executive/specialist or similar management position or specialist position m/f/d (technical/commercial)
